Option 1 - Pay Online

Select the enrollment size and membership fee from the dropdown list. Upon clicking the Pay Online button, you will be taken to the payment page where you can pay via credit card or ACH. (NOTE: there is a separate form to pay via bank account/ACH. The link to the form can be found right below the credit card icons on the payment page.)
