How To Get Started

Your very first step in the application process is a phone call to EARLY STEPS in June of the year that your child turns 4 for kindergarten applicants and 5 for first grade applicants. If your child meets the criteria for our services, you will be guided through the next steps of the registration process, which includes filling out an on-line registration form. Our partnership with you begins with either an on-site or telephone consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to determine your needs and develop an appropriate referral list of schools for you to apply to. Please note that not all families interviewed will receive referrals.
