Board of Trustees
The EARLY STEPS Board of Trustees includes administrators and parents from the various independent schools that are members of EARLY STEPS, as well as many others who are committed to diversity. "In this age of complex challenges, EARLY STEPS offers us a clear direction. Because of the work of this small organization, our independent school students have the opportunity to adopt habits of the mind and of the heart with inclusion at the very center. As a result, as they grow into adult leaders, they will be better prepared to make the world a better place." Eve Kleger, President, Early Steps Board of Trustees, Director, Village Community School
