For more than two decades, EARLY STEPS has been building strong professional relationships with member schools and other groups, agencies and organizations that have an impact on children of color in independent schools. It is this unique combination of knowledge, expertise and relationships that allows EARLY STEPS to advocate for your family and child, beginning when they enter kindergarten or first grade in New York City independent schools and continuing in the years beyond.
